Common Questions
Do I have to be a plumber to buy plumbing supplies at DC P&E?
No. Both stores sell to the general public as well as to licensed contractors. The Waverly store is set up for homeowners doing their own repairs; the Dickson store carries deeper contractor inventory but is equally open to anyone.
What plumbing brands do you carry?
Delta, Zurn, Mustee, Diamond, Mansfield Plumbing, Liberty Pumps, Zoeller, U.S. Craftmaster, Tradewind Industries and Praxis Industries, among others. Anything we do not stock can be custom ordered.
Can you order a part you do not have in stock?
Yes. We custom order from every manufacturer line we carry. Call with the brand and part number, or bring the old part to the counter and we will identify it.
Do you install plumbing?
No. We are a supply house, not a plumbing contractor. For installation or repair work, see our Trusted Local Pros list of independent local plumbers.
What kinds of pipe do you stock?
Copper, PVC, CPVC, PEX and galvanized, along with the fittings, valves, adapters and transition couplings that go with each. Depth varies by store, with Dickson carrying the heavier contractor rough-in inventory.
