No need to enter your card number. When you make your first purchase on this account, your card information is captured securely and encrypted into our system. You may elect to have a PIN number.

Prefer paper? You can print the credit card account application (PDF), fill it out by hand and drop it off at either store — Dickson, 2403 Hwy 70 E, or Waverly, 1035 W. Main St. Questions on any of it, call 615-446-2895.

Account Terms
This credit card account will be charged for all purchases made from the 26th of the month to the 25th of the following month. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes made with your card (expiration date, lost card, stolen card, new card) so we may update your account. If your credit card is declined, your account will be closed and invoices will have to be paid at the time of purchase.
