Our shelves are not static. Manufacturers update lines, we take on new products as customers ask for them, and closeout and surplus lots come through both stores regularly. The clearance page is the fastest way to see what has landed recently, and it is worth a look before a big purchase — a discontinued fixture or a surplus lot of fittings is often the same product at a better price.

The Lines We Stock
We buy from established manufacturers on both the plumbing and electrical side rather than chasing the cheapest available import. On the tool and electrical side that means names like Milwaukee, Klein Tools, Ideal and Lithonia Lighting. On plumbing it means Delta, Zurn, Mansfield, Mustee, Liberty Pumps, Zoeller and U.S. Craftmaster, among others.
That matters for a practical reason more than a marketing one: when you can get the replacement cartridge, element or breaker for something years after you bought it, the original purchase was the right one. Stocking known lines is what makes that possible.

Buying From Us
Both stores sell to contractors and the general public. Our Dickson location carries the deeper contractor rough-in inventory; our Waverly location is weighted toward the repair and replacement parts a homeowner needs. Either way, you are welcome at both.
Contractors and businesses can apply for a credit account or open a credit card account, and tax-exempt buyers should file a resale certificate before purchase. Our terms of sale cover pricing, delivery, returns and warranty.
We Supply — We Do Not Install
DC P&E sells parts, supplies and equipment. We do not perform plumbing, electrical or HVAC installation or repair work. If you need the work done, we keep a referral list of independent local trades — see Trusted Local Pros or our service provider list.
