## Filing a Notice (17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3))
A valid notice must include all of the following:

3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with
   enough detail to locate it - a direct URL is best.
4. Your contact information: address, telephone number and email.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not
   authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the
   notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are
   authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Incomplete notices may not be actionable.

## Our Response
Valid notices are acknowledged within 5 business days. Material that
is the subject of a valid notice is removed or disabled promptly, and
the party who supplied it is notified.

## Counter-Notice (17 U.S.C. 512(g))
If your material was removed in error or as a result of
misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed material and where it appeared.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith
   belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or
   misidentification.
4. Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you
   consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the
   judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside
   the United States, any district in which we may be found), and that
   you will accept service of process from the complaining party.

## Repeat Infringers
Accounts or contributors that repeatedly infringe are terminated.

## Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), knowingly misrepresenting that material is
infringing - or was removed by mistake - may make you liable for
damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
